Truth is that you can test your program
and you don't need real device near
you.

Just give a chance to our FP550E to
check what your application send
to printer. We will respond like real printer.

Here is software emulator for fiscal printer FP550, we call it FP550E. To use it you need VSPD XP Lite or standard full version to be in your system. Create two virtual serial ports, one for application and one for our emulator. VSPD will connect these serial ports, and your application will not see the difference, "Fiscal printer" will be there.

When your application start to communicate with "fiscal device" we will receive everything what is sent to it and you will see it. We will check commands and in case of errors you will be notified. You can choose to SEE IT or we will send appropriate message to your application. This is the first what you can get, so everything what you send to printer we will check.

Second, we can simulate some hardware errors, so you can test how your application will act on it. You will get paper out, open printer, memory error status...

What else you can find here. We will try to simulate some events like power off and on. You can test replacing devices. How? In the real world, printer have serial number and one another number we call PIB. You can set these numbers, and change it when you like, effect of this is switching printers.

You can test commands orders. What commands you can sometimes to use and when you not.

IMPORTANT! We must tell you that we DON'T SIMULATE ALL PRINTER FUNCTIONS, but YOU WILL GET NO ERRORS STATUS, WE WILL RETURN OK STATUS, so your application can go on. We put some limits, you can define 100 articles (not 65000), only 1 operator, not 8, you can simulate ONE FISCAL episode, when you turn program off WE WILL FORGET ALL, history is NOT SUPPORTED, but it is not big problem. There is ONLY small number of functions when we want some data for period of time from fiscal device, all of this functions when you call, we will send STATUS OK to you but nothing will happened. We will check this functions for errors, but that will be all.
We decide what we will simulate and what we will not. But, from application point, EVERYTHING WHAT IS IMPORTANT we support.
