With this library you can get RAINY STORM on your DESKTOP.
This is nice water effect. This is something that you sow but people use OpenGL, DirectX or FLASH. Now you need only Windows XP. We use standard windows API but speed come from MASM32. Library file is only 4kb. Small and fast, multithreaded. Every drop is another thread and you will see 50 to 60 (30 in demo) of them in the same time.
